How to get to the Ritten
The Ritten plateau lies above Bolzano, and you get up by cable car from the city or by car. Up on the plateau the little Ritten railway runs between the villages.
From here you reach the Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena and the rest of the Dolomites on day trips. Summer is for hiking, winter for snow and skiing nearby.
