Ikos Dassia
An all-inclusive on the beach at Dassia where the food is the reason to come, with separate areas for families and for adults.
Lunch is a choice between several restaurants, and the cooking is a clear step up from the usual resort buffet. That is the difference at Ikos Dassia: an all-inclusive built around food you would happily pay for, with the beach and big pools a few steps away.
Families and adults each have their own areas, so a quiet afternoon by the pool is possible even in July. Dassia lies on the coast north of Corfu Town, with boats and buses linking it to the old town.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Ikos Dassia
This is our family pick on Corfu. Children have plenty to keep them busy, parents eat well, and nobody has to keep track of a bill. Couples who want the same carefree setup will be happy here too.
It is a big resort and it fills up, so book early, especially for school holidays. If you want a small, quiet hotel with local character, this is the wrong place, and an old town stay will suit you better.
