Picolo recommends · Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus
Grecian Park Hotel
High on the cliffs of Cape Greco, with the sea below most windows and a footpath winding down to a small cove of its own.
From most rooms you look straight out over open water. Grecian Park stands on the cliffs of Cape Greco, the headland between Ayia Napa and Protaras on the island's southeast corner, and a path drops from the hotel to a small beach below.
The headland is protected land, with trails along the rocks and sea caves carved into the cliffs. It is a quieter, wilder side of a coast better known for its party resorts.

Why we chose Grecian Park Hotel
This is our value pick on Cyprus. You get sea views and a calm setting in nature for less than a comparable room in Limassol, and couples who like walking have the clifftop trails right outside.
Without a car, evenings can feel isolated, since there is little within walking distance. Hire one and Protaras and Ayia Napa are about ten minutes away, along with the restaurants and nightlife there.
What you get
- Sea views from most rooms
- Path down to a small beach
- Ayia Napa and Protaras by car
- Swimming in the sea below the cliffs
