Picolo recommends · Hotel in Key West, Florida
The Saint Hotel
An adults-only hotel with a darker, more urban style, one block from the bars and restaurants of Duval Street.
The Saint is one of very few hotels in Key West built for grown-ups only. The look is darker and more city hotel than Caribbean, with a pool lit up at night, a bar and a terrace restaurant.
Duval Street is a block away, so the nightlife is close, but the rooms stay calm.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose The Saint Hotel
We chose The Saint for couples and friends who want town and bars on the doorstep and a quiet, child-free hotel to return to.
There is no beach, and the style is urban rather than tropical. If you want verandas and wooden houses, look at Winslow's or The Marquesa.
