We chose Hotel Covington because it gives you a proper neighbourhood rather than a motorway exit. You can stroll over the river for dinner in Cincinnati, then have a straightforward drive to the Ark Encounter the next morning.
You will need a car for the Ark Encounter, which is a fair drive away, and there is little public transport to get there. If your trip is only about the Ark, a motel closer to Williamstown saves time.
