COMO Parrot Cay
A boat from Providenciales, one island with a single resort on it, and a long white beach where the only footprints are often your own.
The crossing from Providenciales, known locally as Provo, is the last moment of the trip that runs on someone else's timetable. After that the island is yours, shared only with the other guests of the resort.
The beach runs long and white along one side, and the villas come with pools of their own. Days here tend to arrange themselves around the spa and the yoga pavilion, with a swim somewhere in between.

Why we chose COMO Parrot Cay
For a honeymoon or a week of deliberate rest, it is hard to beat. The island takes away every decision except which treatment to book, and the COMO Shambhala spa is among the most respected in the Caribbean.
It is costly, and with no other restaurants on the island every meal is eaten at the resort. Travellers who like to explore, hop between beach bars or try new places each night will feel boxed in by day three.

How do you get to COMO Parrot Cay?
You fly into Providenciales, then take the hotel's own boat across to the island. The transfer is arranged by the resort.
Can you eat outside the resort at COMO Parrot Cay?
Not really. The resort has the island to itself, so all meals are taken at the hotel unless you arrange a trip back to Provo.
Is COMO Parrot Cay good for a honeymoon?
Yes. Privacy, pool villas and a strong spa make it a classic choice for couples, as long as you are happy to stay put for the week.
