Ti Kaye Resort & Spa
A wooden cottage on the cliff, a shower under the open sky and a long flight of steps down to a bay full of fish.
Ti Kaye clings to the cliffs high over Anse Cochon, a little bay on the quiet stretch of coast between Castries and Soufrière. The rooms are wooden cottages with verandas facing the sea, and the showers are outside, so you wash with the sky above you.
The steps down to the beach are many, but the reward is good snorkelling right off the sand. As an adults-only hotel it stays calm, and the spa takes care of lazy afternoons. Soufrière and the Pitons are a drive south when you want to explore.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Ti Kaye Resort & Spa
We chose Ti Kaye for couples who want a quiet, grown-up hideaway with real snorkelling on the doorstep, without paying Pitons prices. The cottages feel private, and the bay below is reason enough to come.
It is remote. Eating anywhere else means a long drive, so expect to take most meals at the hotel. The steep steps to the beach will also put off anyone with bad knees.

Is Ti Kaye Resort adults only?
Yes, Ti Kaye only takes adults. That keeps it quiet, and it is one of the reasons couples choose it over the larger family resorts in the north.
Is the beach at Ti Kaye good for snorkelling?
Anse Cochon, the bay below the hotel, is one of the better places to snorkel on the island's west coast. Go in the morning, when the bay is at its quietest.
Are there restaurants near Ti Kaye?
Not many. The hotel is on a quiet stretch of coast, and other places to eat are a drive away, so most guests take their meals at the hotel.
