Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa
A pool deck with no inflatables in sight, the sea in front of you and the hills of Fuerteventura floating on the horizon.
The first thing you notice is the quiet. Secrets is for grown-ups only, so the pool area is a place for reading and swimming lengths, and across the water the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura sits low and sandy on the horizon.
Rooms are light and up to date, and the seafront path passes right by, so you can walk into Playa Blanca or towards the marina when you want a change. Meals and drinks are included, and there is a spa for the windier days.

Why we chose Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa
This is the hotel we point couples to when the brief is rest and romance. No children, everything included and a view that does most of the work, all on a promenade you can actually use.
It is a big resort, and the kitchen is solid rather than memorable. Book a table or two in town during your stay, and look elsewhere if you prefer an intimate hotel where staff know your name.
