The St. Regis Belgrade
High above the Sava in the Belgrade Tower, with the river below and the old town and Kalemegdan fortress spread out across the window.
Draw the curtains and the Sava fills the window, with the old town rising on the far side of the bridges. The St. Regis takes up the Belgrade Tower, the tallest landmark of Belgrade Waterfront, the new district along the river.
Below the tower runs the river promenade, lined with cafés and restaurants and good for an evening walk. St. Regis is known for its butler service, and here the views do much of the rest of the work.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose The St. Regis Belgrade
For views, nothing in Belgrade comes close. This is our pick for a special occasion or a short city break where the room itself is part of the point, and the promenade by the Sava is right outside.
Belgrade Waterfront is new and polished, and it feels quite different from the older city. The old town is a taxi ride or a long uphill walk away. If you want cobbles and cafés outside the door, Square Nine fits better.
