Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico

  • Bahia Beach
  • El Yunque
  • Golf
  • Spa
  • Cabanas

A large beach estate on the north-east coast, where the golf course and the sand sit between the Atlantic and the green slopes of El Yunque.

On one side, the Atlantic rolls onto Bahia Beach. On the other, the hills of El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system, fill the horizon. The resort spreads out across the land in between.

It used to be the St. Regis Bahia Beach before Four Seasons took over. There is a golf course, a beach bar, cabanas on the sand and a spa, with plenty of protected nature around the grounds.

Why we chose Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico

We chose it for travellers who want a luxury resort and real nature within reach. Mornings in the rainforest and afternoons on a quiet beach make for an unusually varied stay.

The estate is big and fairly isolated, so you will rely on a hire car or taxis to see anything beyond it. Anyone hoping to walk out to restaurants and nightlife should look at San Juan instead.

Questions about Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico

Is Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico the former St. Regis?

Yes. The resort at Bahia Beach was previously the St. Regis Bahia Beach before it became a Four Seasons.

Do you need a car at Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico?

It helps. The estate is large and a little remote, so a hire car or taxis are the easiest way to reach El Yunque and nearby towns.

How close is Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico to El Yunque?

The resort lies between the rainforest and the sea, so El Yunque is within easy driving distance for a morning visit.
