Pine Cliffs
A big resort in the pine woods on top of Falésia's red cliffs, with its own golf course and a lift that takes you down to the beach.
The pines run right to the edge, and below them the cliffs glow red and orange above a beach that seems to go on for ever. Pine Cliffs stands on top of Falésia, east of Albufeira, and a lift saves you the climb to and from the sand.
Falésia is among the longest beaches in the Algarve, good for long walks when the tide is out. Up top there is a golf course, several pools, a kids' club and a golf school, so a family can spend a week without getting in the car.

Why we chose Pine Cliffs
It is the answer for families and golfers who want one place that does everything. There is room for all ages, the pines give shade and calm, and the beach is one of the most striking on the coast.
Expect resort prices, and expect a resort. Pine Cliffs is large and self-contained, so if you want a town on your doorstep or a small hotel with character, Bela Vista or Pousada Tavira will suit you better.
