Hotel Moments Budapest
Breakfast under a glass roof in a galleried atrium, on the city’s grandest boulevard between the Opera and the inner city.
Behind the facade on Andrássy út, the building opens up into a covered atrium ringed by galleries, with daylight dropping down through the floors. Breakfast is served right there, and it is the hotel’s calmest, brightest space.
Rooms are uncomplicated and light, and several have enough space for a family. The State Opera is just along the boulevard, and the old underground line beneath your feet runs out to Heroes’ Square and City Park.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Hotel Moments Budapest
We chose Moments as a family base: roomy, quiet on the inside and on a boulevard where trees, the Opera and the metro make days easy to plan. It covers the essentials well at a fair price.
Do not expect luxury here, and the bar is modest. If a spa, a pool or a lively hotel scene matter, other hotels on and near Andrássy út will suit you better.
