Lindos Blu
From a private pool on the hillside, you watch the sun go down over the white houses of Lindos and the acropolis on its cliff.
Lindos Blu climbs the slope just north of the village in a series of terraces. Many of the rooms and suites come with a pool of their own, and almost all of them look across the bay towards the acropolis.
The hotel is for adults only, so the mood is calm from breakfast to the last drink. Evenings are the best time here, when the light turns gold and the village across the water starts to glow.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Lindos Blu
It is our romantic pick on Rhodes. The view of Lindos at sunset from these terraces is one of the finest on the island, and the hotel pairs it with the privacy and comfort couples come for.
The site is hilly, with steps and slopes between terraces. Lindos village is a taxi ride or a long walk away, and children cannot stay. Families should look at the resorts further up the east coast.
