Saint Tropez Boutique Hotel
A small hotel where the pool ends at the Caribbean, set in the one Willemstad quarter where you want to be out on foot after dark.
Lean on the edge of the pool and there is nothing between you and the open Caribbean. The hotel is a small one, with a bar and a restaurant beside the water, and it sits right in the middle of Pietermaai.
That location is the point. Pietermaai is the old quarter where colonial houses have been turned into restaurants and bars, and the evenings here are the liveliest in Willemstad. Punda, the historic centre with its shops and harbour front, is a short walk west.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Saint Tropez Boutique Hotel
We chose it for couples and friends who would rather walk out to dinner than order room service. You get a pool with a proper sea view and Willemstad's best evening quarter outside the door, in a hotel small enough to feel personal.
There is no sandy beach, so beach days mean a taxi to the coves outside town. Pietermaai is lively in the evening, which suits some guests better than others. Families who want a beach and play areas on site will do better elsewhere.
What you get
