Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa
A whole peninsula at the western tip of Bermuda, with cottages scattered between small beaches and water on every side.
Walk a few minutes in any direction and you reach the sea. Cambridge Beaches covers a peninsula in Sandys, at the far western end of Bermuda, and guests stay in cottages spread out among the gardens and coves.
There are several small beaches, so there is usually a choice of where to swim, plus a marina, a pool and a spa called Ocean Spa. Snorkelling straight from the shore is part of the routine here, and the Royal Naval Dockyard is nearby.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa
We chose Cambridge Beaches for couples who want real seclusion. Your own cottage, a choice of beaches and a spa make it easy to spend days without leaving the peninsula.
Hamilton is a long way off. The ferry from Dockyard helps, but evenings in town take planning, and if you want restaurants and nightlife on the doorstep this end of the island will feel too quiet.
