Coral Sands Inn & Cottages
Cottages in a quiet garden, and beyond the last palm the long pink beach of Harbour Island stretching away towards the horizon.
Early in the morning the sand on Harbour Island looks almost white. Then the light rises and the beach takes on its faint pink colour, and Coral Sands has it right at the bottom of the garden.
You choose between rooms and cottages spread through the planted grounds, with a pool between them and the shore. The restaurant looks straight out over the beach, so lunch rarely means putting shoes on.

Picolo’s verdict
Why we chose Coral Sands Inn & Cottages
This is our pick for the beach itself. Few places on the island let you walk from your door onto Pink Sands Beach this directly, and the cottage layout keeps things calm and private.
Harbour Island is small and slow. Getting here takes a flight to North Eleuthera and a boat across, and evenings in Dunmore Town are quiet. Look elsewhere if you want nightlife or big resort facilities.
