Picolo recommends · Hotel on Palm Beach, Aruba
Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort
A garden of palms on Palm Beach, with pools stepping down towards the sea, a fish-filled lagoon and a slide that keeps children busy for hours.
The first thing children notice is the slide. The second is the lagoon, where fish swim between the rocks. Hyatt Regency has turned its stretch of Palm Beach into a green garden of pools on several levels, all running down to the sand.
For parents, the appeal is that everything is in one place: a kids’ club, several restaurants and the beach right there. The busy centre of Palm Beach is on either side, so there is always something within walking distance.

Why we chose Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort
Hyatt Regency is our family pick in Aruba. Few resorts on the island give children this much to do without leaving the grounds, and the gardens make the place feel greener and calmer than many of its neighbours.
It is a popular, busy resort, and it is at its fullest during school holidays. Couples looking for peace and quiet will be happier on Eagle Beach or at an adults-only hotel.
