Summer: hot and humid

From June to September daytime temperatures sit around 40°C, and nights rarely drop below 28°C. The humidity makes it feel even hotter. Life moves indoors, to the malls and to the pool early and late in the day, and hotel prices are at their lowest.

Rain and sunshine

Dubai gets less than 80mm of rain a year, almost all of it from December to March. Even in the wettest months there are only two to three days of rain. In return there are more than 250 hours of sunshine in every single month, and around 350 in May.
