2. TAP NYC

This Brazilian café in New York serves fresh smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, bread, and mini paninis. Exciting and completely gluten-free. TAP NYC aims to make nutritious and authentic Brazilian food. 

3. Friedman's Restaurant

With multiple locations in New York, Friedman's serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The reason why the restaurant has gone gluten-free is because one of the owners was diagnosed with coeliac disease. After many hours in the kitchen, and lots of trial and error, the place itself believes that it now serves the best pancakes and waffles and the most delicious chicken – all gluten-free. 

4. Risotteria Melotti NYC

As its name implies, you'll eat real Italian risotto and other classics in this lovely little place in New York. And yes, it is a completely gluten-free restaurant. The menu also includes wild boar ragu, salmon carpaccio, burrata and truffle sauces. Delicious!
